My name is Laura and I am a zoophile. But not literally. I just love animals.
My intention in starting this blog is to share my knowledge, fascination, and research with people who might care.
I will write about my pets, my friends’ pets, local urban fauna, and wildlife around the globe.
I will include pictures where I can, but most of them won’t be mine. I more than welcome photographers to share their images, and I will always credit to the best of my ability.
Any information I post on this blog that came from a source other than my own brain will also include citations. This blog is meant to be enjoyable, but I also hope to bring something academically robust to the table.
I don’t expect many readers, but I will appreciate all who come over here and take a look!
